How do I open a trade account?
Register on the site. Once approved, you'll have trade pricing and can order directly. If you'd rather talk it through first, use the contact page.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order value. Cards are sold in packs of 6 per design, so the smallest you can order is one pack of 6 for a single title. Mix across as many designs as you like.
What's the lead time?
Order before 2pm on a working day and it typically goes out the same day via DPD, arriving next working day to most UK mainland addresses. You'll get a tracking link by email once dispatched.
How are cards packed?
Packs of 6 identical cards, packed flat with recyclable envelopes. No cellophane. Standard format is 145 × 145mm square on 350gsm FSC-certified card.
What's the RRP?
£3.00 per card across the standard range. Trade pricing is on the site once your account is approved.
How do I order a sample pack?
Direct from the site — see the sample pack page. No trade account needed. It's the best way to check print quality and card weight before committing to stock.
What sizes do you do?
Mostly 145 × 145mm square. Also a large format (205 × 145mm) for selected occasion cards, and a small format (105 × 148mm) for some lines. Size is listed on each product page.
Where are the cards printed?
UK, by our print partner. 350gsm FSC-certified card, recyclable envelopes throughout.
Do you offer payment terms?
New accounts are proforma. Terms for established accounts can be discussed — contact us to talk through your situation.
What's your returns policy?
Report damaged or missing items within 30 days of receipt. Email sales@cheshirecardcompany.co.uk with your order number and photos. Full details on our returns page. Most claims resolved within 5 working days.
Do you exhibit at trade shows?
We attend selected UK shows and update this page with dates when confirmed. Contact us to be added to our trade updates list.
Can I see the cards before ordering?
