DPD Delivery
All orders are sent using DPD, a well-known and reliable UK courier. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way. DPD also sends delivery updates by text or email, including a delivery time window, so you know exactly when to expect your parcel.
DPD tracking includes:
- Live tracking from dispatch to delivery
- Email and SMS delivery updates
- A clear delivery time slot on the day
- Proof of delivery once your order arrives
Using DPD means your order is handled by a courier with a strong reputation for reliability, giving you confidence that it will arrive safely and on time.
Processing times
- In-stock orders dispatch within 1-2 working days (Mon–Fri, excl. bank holidays).
- Peak periods (e.g. Nov–Dec): allow 2–3 working days.
Shipping services & estimates (after dispatch)
- UK Mainland (courier/Tracked): 1–2 working days.
- Highlands, Islands & NI: 2–4 working days.
- Click & Collect / Own Courier: available by arrangement.
Rates & free shipping
- Orders over £250: Free UK mainland shipping (cards only).
- Orders under £250: £7.99 flat rate.
- Bulky items (e.g., display stands/racks) may carry a surcharge and may be excluded from the free shipping offer.
Tracking & notifications
- You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery issues
- If parcels arrive damaged or go missing, tell us within 7 days of delivery/expected delivery. Keep packaging for courier claims; we'll replace or credit once confirmed.
